Words with capitalized first letters have defined meanings under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the words appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Application refers to the software program named Zodica provided by the individual developer.
Application Store refers to the Apple App Store operated by Apple Inc.
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to the individual developer of Zodica.
Device means any device capable of accessing the application, such as a smartphone or tablet.
Service refers to the Application.
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) refer to this agreement governing the use of the Service.
You means the individual using the Application.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern your use of the Service and form the agreement between You and the Company.
By accessing or using the Application, You agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You should not use the Service.
Nature of the Service
Zodica provides horoscope content based on zodiac signs.
The horoscope content provided in the Application is intended solely for entertainment and inspirational purposes.
The content should not be interpreted as factual predictions, professional advice, or guidance in areas such as:
- financial decisions
- health decisions
- legal matters
- personal relationships
Users remain solely responsible for any decisions they make.
Artificial Intelligence Content
Some horoscope texts may be produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems.
These systems are used strictly as creative tools to generate horoscope content.
The output of such systems may occasionally contain inaccuracies or interpretations that are subjective in nature.
By using the Application, You acknowledge that horoscope content is automatically generated text intended for entertainment purposes.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Zodica offers a free version and may provide additional features through a subscription plan.
Subscriptions may include a free trial period, after which the subscription automatically renews unless canceled.
All payments and subscription management are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store.
The developer does not collect or store payment information.
For billing details, pricing, and cancellation instructions, please refer to your App Store account settings.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if the user violates these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
This includes but is not limited to:
- personal decisions based on horoscope content
- data loss
- interruptions of service
The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service, or $100 USD if no purchase was made.
“AS IS” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
European Union Users
If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If significant changes are made, users may be notified within the application.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
