Interpretation
Words with capitalized first letters have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Application refers to the software program provided by the individual developer, downloaded by You on any electronic device, named TrainHealth.
- Application Store refers to the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store).
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to the individual developer of TrainHealth.
- Device means any compatible Apple device that can access the Service.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern the use of this Service and form the agreement between You and the Company.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree to any part of these Terms, then You may not access the Service.
There is no minimum age requirement to use the app, but by using it, You represent that You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
TrainHealth offers a free version with limited features and a Pro version available via a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription through the App Store.
All payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment information directly.
The price and subscription period are displayed before purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your App Store account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Please refer to the App Store purchase screen for current pricing, introductory offers, and billing terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or personal injury, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid for the Service, or $100 USD if no purchase was made.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to You.

If You are a European Union consumer, you are entitled to any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargoes or designated as a terrorist supporting country.
- You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the provision will be modified to best accomplish its objective. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify You at least 30 days in advance.
By continuing to use the Service after such updates, You accept the revised Terms.
